MediCult acquires Humagen
Fertility Diagnostics, Inc.
April 26, 2007 - MediCult has
today entered into an agreement to acquire Humagen Fertility
Diagnostics, Inc. Humagen is the world’s leading supplier of
micropipets used in IVF procedures. The acquisition means that
MediCult will become the number one dedicated ART company in the
world.
The business practices of our two
companies go very well hand-in-hand, as we are both committed to
deliver high quality products, customer-oriented innovation, and a
very responsive customer service. Hence the alliance between our
companies will give us further opportunities to improve ART to the

Humagen Introduces New and Improved
Packaging for 5.75” and 9” Pasteur Pipets.
These new boxes are
smaller than those previously used (see box in background), are very
sturdy and more compact to take up less space in lab environments. Each
box still holds the same number of pouched Pasteur pipets - 90 per box - are
